    IdentificationA fast intertidal crab with a squarish carapace ~8cmCW, grey with two dark broad strips. LEGS mainly grey; VENTRAL dark. Adults have a slender "horn" (=stylophthalmous) above each eye: shorter for females and absent in juveniles (under 2.5cmCW).
